　为推动中国与东盟国家在汽车及工程机械产业的经贸交流与合作，与东盟国家重要专业商协会建立广泛联系，促进共同发展，中国汽车工业协会、中国机械工业集团有限公司、中国机电产品进出口商会、柳州市人民政府将于10月4日-8日在广西柳州联合举办第3届"中国-东盟(柳州)汽车、工程机械及零部件博览会"。本届博览会除重点邀请泰国、印尼、越南、马来西亚等东盟国家汽车、工程机械及零部件企业参会，还将邀请欧盟国家(重点是德国)、美国、韩国以及我国台湾地区的高档汽车零部件、电子元器件企业参会，搭建出口和进口平台，丰富参展商、采购商的层次和结构，提升展会成效。

China is the world’s largest vehicle market.Sales in 2012 reached 18.5million,with an average 20% increase in the last ten years.

Liuzhou is a major auto production base in south China and National Base for Auto & Auto Parts Eexports.Top 4 automakers of China (SAIC,FAW,DFM and SINOTRUK) have factorles here,supported by more than 450auto part companies.In 2011,Liuzhou sold 1.5 million cars and trucks.Of every 8 vehicies sold in China,one is made in Liuzhou.

LIUGONG,the quality global fast-growth construction equipment manufacturer,is also located in Liuzhou.

目前柳州正在建设一个国内一流、世界先进的、集汽车制造、研发、贸易、博览、教育、生活、休闲等于一体的汽车产业聚集区。广西柳州汽车城总投资700亿元，总用地面积203平方公里，建设用地138平方公里。上汽通用五菱将在此建设年产40万辆轿车基地，一期投资60亿元，将于2012年底投产。东风柳汽将投资40亿元，年产20万辆乘用车项目将于2013年底投产，10万辆商用车项目将于2014年底投产。一汽柳特将在汽车城投资10亿元，实现企业年产特种车6万辆。至2015年，柳州汽车城将形成100万辆汽车生产规模，柳州市汽车产销量将达到250万辆。

目前柳州汽车零部件配套率仅为50%左右，且零部件企业多为小企业，集约化程度不高，急需引进一批国内外高技术、高附加值的汽车零部件生产企业给予配套，以满足其汽车产业快速发展的需求。

Liuzhou is currently constructing a world-leading automotive enterprise cluster extension,with total investment of 70 billion and covering ared of 203 sq.km.It integrates auto manufacturing,R & D,trade,exhibition,education,housing and entertainment.Major projects now under construction include:

1.A 400-thousand passenger cars factory by SGMW(with 1^st stage investment of 6 billion),which will start production by the end of 2012.

2.A 200-thousand cars plus 100-thousand commercial vehicles factory by DFM Liuzhou (with tatal investment of 4 billion ),which will start production by the end of 2013.

3.A 100-thousand Commercial vehicles factory by FAW Liuzhou(with tatal investment of 1 billion),which will start production by the end of 2014.

By 2015, Liuzhou Motor City will contribute extra 1million output and makes automobile production and sale of Liuzhou city total 2.5 million.

Currently,only about 50% auto parts are supplied locally.And most local suppliers are small-medium sized.Companies with high technology,high value-added products will be introduced into Liuzhou to form enterprise clusters as to meet the urgent procurement demand of Liuzhou automakers.
